I given the guy Mathavan whole house renovation . The quotation they give is not proper as they will hide things in quotation and ask for more money in between. They delayed my job 2 months and don’t trun up for meeting at all . And I have to complete my job with other few Contractors . I will not recommend them for complete job . But they are good in handy man job them a proper contractor. He hire other sub contractor to finish the job but he is not good in payment to them so they delayed the job and I have to pay 11000 extra money to different contractor to finish my house renovation. Who ever hire them best not to pay them in advance at all conditions not even 10% ask them to bring the material at your location and pay them on the spot for materials. They will keep asking for money will not do the job . I have to stay 18 day in hotel to move in my house as they delayed. I have hire designer separately as they don’t have anyone in his company except one guy as Director cum worker . . They are not organised never make a schedule for different sub contractor . Everyone finish as per their time as he pay them . So not recommend if you want a Smother renovation job . Also remember to write small or big any job they promise you to do . They will ask you in last for that they have not quoted you for that . So in total
1.Don’t give them any advance
2. Not good to do complete job of house .Can hire for handy man or sub con for touching up .
3. Ask them what ever they talk write on the paper and get signature from him .
4. They show you other people work and claim their own .
In my house tile job and waterproofing job was badly done . They break my marbles and in end no compensation but I have to pay to change a different colour.
Hacking job very bad .
Painting job not done professionally.
Few Lights & switches not work so check before you pay .
Air conditioner put the model no they quoted you . As in my house use older model but quotation was for newest model.
Not recommend at all

The job was to replace the lights with tube lights and to change the switches . They did a good job and were spot on time to start. I am happy with the job

I engaged one Mr Guna of Radix Engg on 4th May 2015. Firstly he came to fix leaking pipe. Since my kitchen sink needs to be repaired, he gave a formal quotation. He came next day to take the measurement. After agreeing with the cost and paying deposit, this man went missing. Initially he gave all kinds of excuses. Then he totally didn't return my calls/msgs. I managed to get hold of the owner Mr Mathavan. He too tried to reach Mr Guna but to no avail. I was upset so I told him if they cannot do the job, they can return my deposit which Mr Mathavan agreed to do so on 23rd June. This is after almost 2 months chasing for them to return my money. But till this date, they have not return my calls/msgs not even my deposit. I have no choice but to file a complaint to CASE to get back my money. Please be aware of this company and these two gentlemen.
 Pls be warned not to be cheated by them. I am now asking quotation from other reliable company. Such a waste of time!!!

Terrible contractor. Do not ever use this guy!
 1. I had a door handle that needed silicone touch up around the edges. He told me it needed to be more secure, and started to drill a nail in it to secure it. It worked fine for a week, and now I have a handle hanging off the door.
 2. He was supposed to plaster and paint the parapet, and tile up a small part of my yard. The yard tiling was terrible, i can see mortar grains on the tile joints, and the tile edges were not even sealed with silicone! Now water can seep in behind the tile and it might fall off
 3. I asked him to tune a bedroom door. He cut through part of the lockset, and now the door doesn't even close properly, and it shakes everytime I close the door.
 4. Since the work was done in mid-May, I had been calling him to ask him to patch up his work. He avoided my calls, and refused to follow up. Even after he promised to come and fix it, he will not show up.
 
 Do not trust this guy to do anything. I transferred payment to him, simply because he said he was needed cash urgently. Being nice, I obliged. What a cheat.

zack is very polite and extremely fast and detailed in his response. he ask all details before going ahead to purchase parts to repair the drawers which avoided unnecessary waste of money. tenant was very impressed with his speed and how fully equipped he is. Highly reccommended! most importantly, he gives u cost of the material. v v honest and v v reasonable quote. glad i engaged him!
