We are planning our office renovation. We will be doing 5 rooms with ceiling, 3 partition rooms, one partition wall, hacking of another partition wall and doing a multi fold glass door besides the normal plumbing/electrical/carpentry jobs. May I know what are the submissions needed?

You will need to submit the building plans and fire protection plans as sprinkler coverage will be affected.
FSD will issue you a safety certificate after the submissions are filed and approved.

Might have more, LEW & base drawing and finally as built drawings. Than again depend our the building too. Mgmt might have a list.

You need to submit your premise management approval and SCDF clearance approval.
