JY is a down-to-earth person and he has done a great job in my flooring. Prices were reasonable. He is responsive and will not delay works in the renovation. Rest assured of the quality as he is a direct contractor for wet works (flooring). My project is a 4-rm new BTO flat. Will recommend him to others if you have not done your flooring.
