Mr. Goh completed my renovation to my satisfaction and stuck perfectly to the budget. He gave lots of good advice about materials and design elements (e.g., adding goof lines on my wardrobe doors). I think I caught him at a busy time because there were several delays, but in the end I was very pleased with the product. In particular, the tiling and cement screed are top quality. There were a few details that weren't right the first time, but Mr. Goh made sure they were corrected by the end of the project.

I worked closely with Mr Goh Seng Hock to have my resale 5-room flat refreshed and renovated. The experience was a positive one throughout. From the beginning, Mr Goh had been very professional, responsive and helpful. He contributed and commented on ideas that I had and he provided his inputs and his own experiences willingly. Some of his inputs shaped my choices of the materials used. I value the fact that Mr Goh delivered according to what was agreed. He was up front and open if he had issues or concerns. He always did his best to accommodate the circumstances. Towards the end of the completion, he would put in his personal time to put in the finishing touches on his own. He would spent late evenings on weekdays and weekends to ensure that quality was not compromised. Overall a positive experience. A man of few words, but trustworthy and hardworking.
