Repair and renew
I found water dripping in my kitchen, suspect to be due to leaking pipe concealed in a cornice. There is a seepage in one toilet due to faulty pipe joints. In another toilet, the false ceiling is damp and damaged due to leakages, not sure if it's from pipes or drainage or upper floor problems. I also need to replace my kitchen sink and tap, as well as the counter top. A toilet bowl/cistern also need to be replaced. Should I be looking for a plumber or a general contractor ?

I'm about to lay laminate flooring through my home. Going from the entrance hall through the living room and into the back hall. But the entrance hall floor is concrete which is roughly 10mm higher than the rest of the rooms. The entrance is roughly 1.5m by 1m. What is the best way to level this?

I am from a SME in Tuas area, Singapore. The plant buildings have several set of shutter windows of about 1.0 x 40 meters installed about 20 years ago. I want to install a s/s wire net outside of the windows to protect glass plate from fall down. In addition, the ceiling board outside of the wall (about 0.8 x 40 meters @ 40 meters height) need to be replaced with s/s wire net as well. Because of the space limitations (many service pipes) in the area, scaffolding is required. Are you able to recommend qualified contractors to discuss the project.
