We are planning our office renovation. We will be doing 5 rooms with ceiling, 3 partition rooms, one partition wall, hacking of another partition wall and doing a multi fold glass door besides the normal plumbing/electrical/carpentry jobs. May I know what are the submissions needed?

You will need to submit the building plans and fire protection plans as sprinkler coverage will be affected.
FSD will issue you a safety certificate after the submissions are filed and approved.

Might have more, LEW & base drawing and finally as built drawings. Than again depend our the building too. Mgmt might have a list.

You need to submit your premise management approval and SCDF clearance approval.

Submission required as follows: FSB Submission on MAA/Full Submission *base on building requirements, LEW Testing & Electrical Turn-On, License Plumber Submission, Shop Drawings to Building for approval includes - Layout Plan, Flooring Plan, Reflective Ceiling Plan, Elevation Drawings, Details Drawings, Electrical Layout, Lighting Pan, ACMV Drawings, Plumbing Layout Plan, Signage Details Drawings, 3D Perspective Drawings & Single Line Drawing (Elect)
