Believe it or not, we breathe in bathrooms!
It is true that a lot of busy people get some ‘me time’ in the whole day, only when they are locked up in their bathrooms. Thus bathroom…

Hi, may I know what will be the cost for the following main works
1. Replace existing bathtub to a standing shower in the master bedroom’s toilet.
2. Replace 2 x basins with 2 x new vanity sets with cabinets.
Hi, the costs vary from the material, type of basin, new vanity sets and the length of cabinet with marine plywood etc.
There are basically two phases of cost to look at:
1) the demolition work including the M&E work.
2) all the new fittings, wet work, painting, lighting, and installation of new works etc.
Basically the first phase is ranging from $1.5k onwards, and the 2nd phase is between estimated $3k onwards.
Thanks
Ben
