To whom it may concern,
The works required would be plumbing and locksmith/doors. Kindly provide suggested services required for the issues raised below.
Plumbing:
1. Condensation have been forming on kitchen basin
2. The common toilet basin stopper unable to “drain/not drain water” i.e. stopper can’t pull and drain water.
Door/Locksmith:
3. Bedroom door unable to close tightly/fully.
4. Lock for main Glassdoor unable to lock/unlock i.e. key can enter but unable to turn.
It would be ideal should all the issues raised be fixed in one appointment setting.
